Position: Data Warehouse Analyst
Location: Hybrid from Wrocław
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)Project Duration: Long-term
Must-have Technologies and Skills:

Comprehensive identification of business needs at the system user level
System and business analysis of data sources, requirements specification, data profiling, data modeling
Defining and specifying functional and non-functional requirements within the data warehouse domain
Data warehouse design
Creating analytical and design documentation
System analysis in the area of data warehouses, analytical and reporting databases
Ensuring compliance of the developed system with business requirements

We’re looking for you if you:

Are communicative and easily build relationships, with experience in client collaboration
Have strong analytical thinking skills
Have at least 1 year of hands-on experience working with data (e.g., in a data warehouse, BI, or business data usage)
Have experience with relational databases and SQL
Can model data effectively
Are familiar with methodologies for building IT systems and software engineering
Hold a university degree in banking, IT, mathematics, or a related field
Are highly self-disciplined, well-organized, and motivated
Speak English at a good level (B2 or higher), both written and spoken

Nice to have:

Experience in the financial industry
Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, IBM Data Architect)
Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Ab Initio, IBM Infosphere DataStage)
