- around 1 year of experience in the Finance and Accounting area
- customer-oriented attitude and very good analytical skills
- proper time management and setting priorities, work in a changing environment
- good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- student status or bachelor's degree
Zakres obowiązków / Job DescriptionYour future tasks: - coding and clearing deductions
- researching more complex disputes and deductions for validity and researching root cause of deductions and disputes and recommending/supporting permanent resolution of similar exceptions
- raising credits for valid queries and if deduction is invalid, providing proof to support collection efforts
- reconciling complicated accounts and escalating problem accounts
- identifying frequently occurring deductions and disputes and identifying the root cause of these issues
