Your day will be filled with coordinating orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and working closely with in-country Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional service. You’ll also support order entry for Sales and Consignment Orders across France, Belgium and the Netherlands, helping us meet and exceed departmental targets.Manage all aspects of loan planning requests for France, ensuring timely and accurate processingSupport order entry and management for Sales and Consignment Orders across France, Belgium and the NetherlandsCollaborate with in-country Customer Care teams to ensure alignment and clear communication with customersContribute to the adoption and optimisation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and ESKER systems to achieve the “Perfect Order”What will you need to be successful?Success in this role means being detail-oriented, proactive and a great communicator. You’ll be someone who enjoys problem solving and thrives in a collaborative environment.0–2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in customer care or order managementMaster’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldFluent English and FrenchSAP experience preferred, along with strong MS Office skillsStrong attention to detail, flexibility and a proactive approach to problem solvingExcellent communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-first mindsetYou.
