Support in planning, coordinating, and monitoring investment projects from concept to completion
Supervise portfolio of investment projects (including JV cooperation)
Support due diligence and market research for potential acquisitions
Coordinate cross-functional teams including legal, financial, technical, and external consultants
Monitor key project metrics - budgets, time lines, risks, and stakeholder communications
Prepare reports and updates for senior management and investors

Well established and fast pace growing, opportunistic investment fundOffice, logistics and renewables proejcts

Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant
3-5 years of experience within Construction or Project Management field
Strong understanding of construction technologies, permitting processes, and technical documentation
Project planning and budgeting skills
Auto CAD, Excel skills
Good English (spoken and written)
Strong communication skills
