Their expert recruiters and business developers are committed to addressing IT challenges, offering tailored recruitment services to build outstanding development teams for specific client needs.We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our client’s team and take ownership of a testing project while leading a small QA team.Key Responsibilities:

Lead a small QA team (1–2 testers) and manage the testing process
Create and maintain test strategy, test plans, documentation, and status reports
Design and automate test scripts using Selenium and Java
Execute functional, regression, and data validation tests
Support business users during UAT
Collaborate with developers and participate in daily project meetings
Work in both Agile and Waterfall environments, with exposure to DevOps practices

Requirements:

Proven experience as a QA Lead or Test Lead
Strong knowledge of Selenium and Java
Experience in defining and driving test strategy
Understanding of data lifecycle testing (ETL, transformation, etc.)
Experience in banking or wealth management projects is a plus
