- Develop and implement a B2B wholesale sales strategy for Poland and selected international markets.
- Identify and acquire new clients, with a strong focus on food production plants, processors, and wholesale buyers.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with production facilities, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations and prepare tailored offers for bulk orders.
- Cooperate with logistics, supply chain, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of large-scale deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide actionable recommendations.
- Support expansion into new customer segments (industrial food production, co-packers, private label) and international markets.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B wholesale sales or business development within the food sector, with a strong focus on supplies for production.
- Proven track record in scaling wholesale food products and ingredients into new markets.
- Solid network of contacts among food production plants, processors, distributors, and large-scale buyers.
- Experience in acquiring, negotiating, and managing key wholesale accounts and long-term B2B partnerships.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented and hands-on approach to bulk sales.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic wholesale and production-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Polish and English, particularly in the context of large-scale contracts.
- Proactive and self-driven, capable of independently developing and executing growth strategies.
