- Travel to manufacturing and customer sites
- Complete engagement with all project partners including Customers, Engineers, Production, 3rd party vendors, and Management
- Accept overall quality, financial and schedule responsibility of assigned projects.
- Resolve financial, business, technical and schedule issues and can understand the severity of the situation and proactively escalate when required

- Bachelor's Degree
- English proficient (written and conversation)
- Excellent communicator and presenter who scales to the level of detail required based on the audience
- Travel up to 20%
- Master's degree in engineering discipline
- If located in Europe, German intermediate (written and conversation)
- Proficiency with Project Management responsibilities such as customer interface, project budget maintenance, project schedule maintenance, contract management and project resources planning, while mitigating risks, focusing on solutions.
- International and multi-office project management experience of multiple moderate to large-scale projects within margin targets and customer satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience indirectly managing engineering, manufacturing, logistic and procurement teams using collaboration tools and remote management skill
- 10+ years experience in project management with ETO experience in power, control, drives or industrial automation
- Experience in team management in a matrix environment
- Experience with Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) products
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or willingness to become certified
- Background of using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in other languages is a strong asset
