Join our local team responsible for the full scope of accounts payable activities for diverse business entities. Collaborating closely with finance, tax, and business teams, our team handles process excellence across the accounts payable function.You will be responsible forSupporting the team as an accounts payable process expertManaging end-to-end accounts payable operationsResolving complex queries for vendors and employeesCommunicating with business teams on invoice coding and complianceProviding end-to-end customer support for Travel & Expense system users in resolving issuesVerifying and posting invoices with quality checksReconciling payments and resolving discrepanciesDriving process improvements and automationApply if youHold a degree in finance or have completed a professional accounting courseHave at least three years of accounts payable experienceHave a functional knowledge of Travel & Expense principles and practicesSpeak fluent English (B2) and German (C1)Bring experience in SAP (SSC/BPO experience a plus)Focus on accuracy and service orientationWork efficiently under pressureShow initiative for process optimizationLocation
