- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Implement and advocate for modern engineering practices such as pair programming, test-driven development (TDD), trunk-based development, and shifting left on testing and security.
- Drive technical innovation and continuously improve the codebase.
- Mentor and support less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
- Open to work with cross-platform solutions to enhance code sharing and maintainability (the team considers such option).
- 5+ years of experience in iOS development with a strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store.
- Proficiency in Swift.
- Experience with modern engineering practices is a big plus: pair programming, TDD, trunk-based development, etc.
- Familiarity with mobile architecture patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a quality-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Open to learning and adopting new technologies, including cross-platform mobile frameworks.
