- Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks
- Using a variety of research methods and sourcing techniques to generate a talent pool for a vacancy
- Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS
- Attending briefing sessions with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and to take part in building search strategies
- Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong Intermediate or higher spoken and written English
- Native Polish language
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment/sourcing
- Research acumen and creativity, a person who can learn new tech roles and business domains quickly and understand how to deliver effective search strategies within requirements
- Solid communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates
- Organized and data-focused, with a strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset
