We are looking for a dynamic, technical skilled & sales-oriented person to be in the position to create, maintain and sustain the link Customers & Sales Representative and Factories. Looking for challenges in a large multinational company and willing to make a difference promoting and selling HVS product, Service, Environmentally friendly equipment & as well digital solutions.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Formulate and executes strategy and sales agreements. Formulate deal structure, pricing, proposal development. Assists in customer negotiation
- Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth. Utilizes Lean Methodologies to improve proposal process
- Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy
- In depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how of own team integrate with other teams and contributes to the area
- Most decision are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final decisions for a project, product line, market, sales process or customers. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explain comples information to others in straightforward situations
- It’s a Must Have strong oral and written communication in English and German Language, likely to have French and Italian languages
- Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems, ability to document, plan, present, plan market and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or Commercial & Contracts
- Additional certifications or training in sales, contract law, or high-voltage systems is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within high-voltage business, preferably with a focus on AIS products
- Proven track record in technical sales, including expertise in managing complex sales cycles and closing deals.
- Solid experience in contract management, including negotiation, drafting, and execution of commercial agreements
- Strong technical understanding of AIS (Air Insulated Switchgear) products and high-voltage electrical systems
- Fluency in English and Polish is required (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of multinational team that is spread in different countries
