- Continuously monitor security logs, access controls, and network traffic to detect suspicious activities and potential breaches.
- Design and implement disaster recovery plans and execute timely responses to mitigate security incidents.
- Conduct forensic investigations using advanced analytical tools to identify root causes and remedial actions.
- Manage and escalate incidents escalated from Level 1 teams, ensuring resolution within defined service levels during 24x7 rotational shifts.
- Develop comprehensive incident reports, dashboards, and alerting mechanisms to inform stakeholders.
- Maintain the cybersecurity risk register and coordinate with auditors during internal and external compliance audits.
- Lead knowledge transfer and provide operational support documentation including SOPs and technical manuals.
- Utilize scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell, to automate monitoring and security processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate timely revocation of user access rights in compliance with security policies.
- Deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs to enhance organizational defense against phishing, spam, and other cyber threats.
- Expertise in User Access Management (UAM), including policy enforcement and access rights administration.
- Fluent communication skills in English and French are mandatory; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is advantageous for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Domain Controller operations to manage authentication and authorization protocols.
- Experience facilitating post-joining knowledge transfer and operational transitions with support teams ensuring business continuity.
- Highly organized with the ability to produce detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Security Management Technical Documents (SMTD).
- Good understanding of access level categorization, criticality assessment, and periodic access review practices.
- Proven collaboration skills across multiple teams to ensure effective access revocation and security compliance.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automating security workflows and incident response activities.
- Certification or demonstrated experience in SOX audit compliance is highly desirable.
- Experience of working within 24x7 shift patterns and handling incident escalations efficiently.
