Business DivisionsGroup FunctionsYour roleAre you a digital person, who has interest in all aspects of both internal and external communication? Are you the person who is familiar with building intranet and internet pages on a various CMS systems?We are looking for someone like you to:

Day-to-day maintaining of UBS & Credit Suisse Inter- and Intranet websites (publishing content, retouching images, etc.)
Create of new websites, according to the UBS Branding guidelines.
Accurate and timely distribute of information to employees in the name of top management (e.g. Internal Memos, News, Press Releases).
Infographics creation and adaption.
Coordination of web projects.
Provide strategic guidance and counsel to internal stakeholders.
Guide and advise the rest of the organization with regard to implementing communications on different channels and on brand.

UBS RecruitingYour teamYou will be employed by UBS Business Solutions Poland and will working the Credit Suisse in the team of the C&B Digital Delivery Team in COO in the in the course of Credit Suisse integration into UBS.We work in a fast paced, dynamic multi-stakeholder environment, collaborating with teams across C&B and many different areas across the firm to ensure successful delivery of C&B strategic change initiatives with impact and in alignment with Group and C&B ambitions.Your expertise

Experience within a web development environment: creating and maintaining Intranet/Internet websites, building high quality and sales-oriented content.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications and required software applications to produce documents such as reports, graphics, electronic communication, spreadsheets, etc.
Experience with Image editing and manipulation - Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
An understanding of the principles of Content Management Systems.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, any other language would be an asset.
Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, ability to work in a hybrid team.
Have eye toward detail in alignment, color and developing to specification.
Highly organized, hands-on and with the ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment.
