- Consultative sales of business solutions based on the Salesforce platform (salesforce.com).
- Building awareness and visibility of Salesforce and Cloudity in the CEE region.
- Acquiring new customers through active sales operations; development of relationships and growth of the current customers.
- Managing the sales process in terms of analysing customer needs, designing and presenting solutions, preparing commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
- Close cooperation with the Delivery as well as Presales department in developing solutions for clients, as well as other departments based on customer needs.
- Building partnership relations with Salesforce in the CEE region.
- 5 years of professional experience in selling Professional Services, or other IT solutions.
- Strong experience in working with Salesforce technology.
- Business / Economics / Marketing / Finance / E-Business education.
- Fluent in business English (at least C1 level).
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills and openness in establishing long-term business relations.
- Commercial experience in consulting sales of business solutions (B2B).
- Knowledge in the area of IT and business processes (sales, marketing) enabling conversations with clients.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiations.
- Ability to work under time pressure, as well as very good organisational skills.
- Open-minded and proactive personality.
- Ability to take ownership for personal and team goals.
