- Building Relationships: Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and third-party administrators through clear and concise communication.
- Driving Results: Clarifying and resolving data inconsistencies and implementing process improvements.
- Acting as an Subject Matter Expert: Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring quality and compliance across all business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
- Leading with Confidence: Proactively manage a diverse range of discrepancies, conduct independent investigations, and leverage a strong internal network to resolve complex issues.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: Your insights will directly influence process improvements, ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional results.
- 2-5 years of professional experience within the financial sector (ex. Depository, Trustee, Funds, Custody, Accounting)
- Advanced English skills (B2/C1 written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive environment
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
