We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Consultant with a passion for driving digital transformation, bridging technology and business. Your mission will be to deliver a comprehensive project - from workshops to post-go-live support - in a setting that values creativity and initiative.Project information:

Responsibilities:

Conduct Fit/Gap workshops to define business requirements and tailor processes to the SAP system
Design and implement SAP FI customizations aligned with the needs of the production plants
Plan and execute financial data migration from legacy systems to SAP, ensuring consistency and quality
Develop and deliver on-site training for end-users, customized to specific business processes
Coordinate the Go-Live phase, including system launch support and a 6-month Hypercare period
Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., CO, MM, PP)

Requirements:

Experience in SAP FI configuration and implementations, including full-cycle projects
Practical knowledge of financial and accounting processes and their mapping within the SAP system
Proven experience in conducting Fit/Gap workshops and end-user training sessions
Fluency in English
Willingness to travel (approximately 30% of the time)

Nice to have:

M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) experience
