Junior Marketing Specialist

• full-time employment for 12 months (with a possibility of prolongation)
• hybrid mode of working (3 days a week from an office)

• supporting Marketing team (Brand Managers, Senior Brand Managers & Marketing Manager - total 5 people)
• administrative support & coordination (budget management, coordination of cross team tasks, dispatches, samples to the office, vendor set up)
• gadgets development & ordering
• support with data and business analysis
• working on selected stages of national brand communication (influencers, pack designs, social media communication) including work with external agencies and internal teams
• support Marketing Manager in out of the box ideas, setting processes, improving workflows and preparing toolkits.

• proficient in spoken and written English and Polish (communication with team will be in English)
• good knowledge of MS Office package
• ability to work independently, with strong ownership and passion for learning and development
• good analytical thinking skills and ability to deep dive into details
• collaboration and communication skills, ability to build cross-functional relations and work in an international team
• flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment
• previous experience in marketing would be an asset
