- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tool industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- High level of commitment and good self-organization
- Analytical thinking and proficiency with numbers
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Good English is a must
