- Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently.
- Deal with outbound calls for administrative tasks eg. gathering feedbacks or late payment calls and similar.
- Provide assistance via phone, email or chat.
- Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Deliver technical support for the streaming company.
- Serve B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second-line support.
- Fluency in Finnish Language, C1 level or higher.
- Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience.
- Min. 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Performing soft selling and upselling.
- Administrative and technical knowledge.
- Previous Customer Service experience.
- Skills for efficient navigation of the internet and MS Office applications.
- Personnel culture and a positive attitude.
- Communicative, Speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.
- Interpreter, Look at things and make sense of them, figure what is needed and how to fulfil it.

- Office Based – Warsaw, Poland.
- Shift Basis Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00 “5 days a week ( 8.5 hours a day including breaks”.
