
Junior Supporter - IT Service Desk (Danish Speaker) - Gdańsk

- Provide 1st and 1.5-level support for systems and devices, including remote troubleshooting via SCCM.
- Educate and guide end users through problem-solving and process improvements.
- Prioritize, manage, and document incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool.
- Analyze and escalate unresolved or severe IT incidents to higher support teams.
- Act as an escalation point for urgent IT issues.
- Fluency in English and at least B1 level in Danish
- Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook tools
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and task prioritization abilities
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Professional experience in Service Desk/Customer Service Department
- General understanding of ITIL Methodology
- Familiarity with one or more of these tools: ServiceNow, KCS - Knowledge Centered Service, Microsoft O365
