We are searching for a motivated individual who excels in sourcing, engaging, and recruiting exceptional individuals to contribute to our dynamic team.How you will make an impactAs a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a vital role in identifying and acquiring the best talent for our organization. Collaborating closely with management, you will support various aspects of talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee relations processes. Your expertise will extend to providing professional support to designated groups within the HR community, aligning HR solutions, and assisting people leaders and employees throughout the organization.Your tasks would also include:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Pro-active search of candidates via various methods
Daily cooperation with internal departments
Active work on brand visibility: actively participating in job fairs and creating content for SoMe
Handling internal and external communication via digital and social media tools

What will make you successfulYou have a strong command of talent acquisition, proactively sourcing candidates and building pipelines for key roles while staying ahead of industry trends to shape strategic recruitment initiatives. Your ability to foster positive candidate relationships, promote Arla's employer brand, and collaborate closely with hiring managers ensures alignment with business needs. With excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging at events and online, you manage recruitment processes with precision and professionalism.Qualifications you need:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition department (including IT recruitments)
Proficiency in using LinkedIn
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
