
HR Documentation Specialist - part-time, Szczecin office

- First point of contact for all general employment related queries
- Prepare documents such as employment contracts, promotion letters and any other changes during employment
- Collaborate with our internal Payroll Team to ensure a smooth payroll process
- Update our HR/People Solutions database (Workday, Enova or Płatnik) with changes to personal and employment data
- Have ownership for onboarding and off boarding our employees ensuring our employees get the best experience during their time with us
- Support other business requests and People Solutions projects as necessary
- Very good level of English, allowing fluent communication both verbal and written (B2) as well as C1 in Polish
- Initial experience working in HR/People Solutions or in a comparable role
- Knowledge of Polish labour law will be a great advantage
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Attention to detail
