- Lead and co-create the overall commercial strategy, covering purchasing, retail and franchise sales, B2B channels, marketing, and e-commerce
- Develop and implement new sales and margin targets, focused on sustainable and profitable growth
- Oversee the transition towards a more balanced offline/online revenue mix, leveraging technological advancements without forcing rapid shifts
- Drive efficiency, coordination, and alignment across purchasing, commercial, and sales teams to strengthen market position
- Identify and capture opportunities to expand reach into smaller cities and new customer segments, including senior audiences
- Enhance brand positioning and customer experience, co-defining initiatives to refresh and strengthen brand perception in the market
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and Supervisory Board on a daily basis, taking full ownership of key business areas and strategic execution
- Support short-cycle planning (6-12 months), adapting strategies dynamically to market conditions
- Strengthening competitiveness in a highly dynamic retail market
- Building deeper connections with local communities and expanding geographic reach
- Elevating brand awareness and modernizing brand image to engage new customer groups
- Ensuring seamless integration of offline and online channels in an omnichannel model
- Proven experience in senior commercial leadership roles (e.g., CCO, Commercial Director, Managing Director) in retail sector is essential
- Strong track record in developing and implementing commercial and growth strategies across multiple channels
- Hands-on leader with a transformational mindset, not afraid to challenge the status quo and take full accountability for results
- Excellent strategic thinking combined with operational excellence and the ability to unite and inspire large, cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, and strong ownership mentality
- Ability to build and maintain close, trust-based relationships with Board members and owners
- Fluency in Polish and English is a must
