
Group Commercial Controller

- Partner with business units to deliver results in line with plan (sales, GM, EBITDA), and drive corrective actions where needed
- Lead portfolio and investment strategy analysis, including capital allocation
- Own planning, reporting, and performance analysis of sales by BU, channel, and customer
- Support pricing negotiations and contribute to pricing strategy development
- Drive and lead cost and margin improvement initiatives
- Act as finance business partner for corporate accounts and multi-BU customers, providing customer P&L and deal support
- Support CRM pipeline management, conversion tracking, and financial analysis of key opportunities
- Contribute to working capital improvement initiatives
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and support strategic projects (e.g., PVM via Nexus)
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with a strong commercial orientation
- Solid background in controlling, FP&A, accounting, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets
- Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, SAP, and data lakes
- Proven project management capabilities
- Proactive, collaborative, and confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
