- Daily Operational Management: Manage day-to-day activities of the 3rd party direct delivery team. Assign tasks, monitor execution, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Set up and maintain delivery lines with internal departments and external partners. Collaborate closely with vendors and internal stakeholders like Customer Service, Procurement, Quality Team, Global Compliance Team, Logistics, Odyssey, Product management, Planning etc. to ensure smooth operations. Participation in integration projects, improvement projects etc.
- Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in delivery workflows and propose improvements. Lead initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Reporting & Tactical Input: Monitor reports on delivery performance, issues, and improvement plans. Contribute insights to strategic decisions regarding vendor selection, service models, and logistics planning. Monitor OTIF report and follow up corrective actions of negative champions.
- Escalation Handling: Act as the escalation point of contact for resolving delivery-related issues and escalations. Ensure quick resolution and communication across all involved parties. Initiate and follow up corrective actions with parties involved to avoid recurrence.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and support team members involved in managing 3rd party deliveries. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to build a high-performing team.
- Higher Education
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably within the chemical industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) including handling export/import orders
- SAP (mandatory)
- Microsoft Excel and full Microsoft Office package
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Any certifications relevant to supply chain, logistics, or team leadership are welcome and considered an asset.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- High level of accountability and ownership
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative and adaptable in cross-functional environments
- Advanced proficiency in SAP (mandatory)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain reporting tools
- Understanding of OTIF metrics and performance tracking
- Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies
