Job Description:The impact you have in this roleIn this position, you will own the process of syndicating product content and setting up PDPs on Amazon to grow a meaningful EMEA presence in alignment with EMEA business goals. You will work closely with 3M Customer business groups in EMEA, coordinating various e-commerce activities. Additionally, you will enhance the user journey along the path-to-purchase on Amazon and maintain relevant configurations of the respective catalogues. Additionally, you will also be:Acting as Product Owner for selected 3M Portfolio on Amazon in a very close cooperation with key stakeholdersManaging and maitanance of Amazon portfolio in terms of listitng quality, portfolio evolutions, adding new products and delisting obsolete productsResponsible for close cooperation with Amazon Key Account Manager on price increase processing on Amazon including data analysis and calculationsBeing responsible for both reactive and proactive activities related to portfolio setup having direct influence on orders confirmation rateUnderstand, validate detail market and customer requirements and industry standards in respect to product content and to translate these into technical and process specificationLeading complex project with e2e approach for processes related to Amazon Catalogue setupAnalyze negative trends or delays in the process to identify root causes enabling identification of proactive improvement opportunitiesRecommendations for ongoing process improvements to drive efficiency and maximize value realizationYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)2-3 years of eCommerce, digital marketing and/or merchandising experience in a private, public, government or military environment with proven examples of successful on-line campaigns implementation and optimizationFluent English (spoken and written)Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Vendor Central or other marketplacesAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Preferred two year minimum of operational experience in eCommerce merchandisingPreferred experience with eCommerce analytics, training, A/B testingExperience in Project LeadershipExperience analyzing and applying data to make decisionsPrevious experience in a customer-facing roleExperience in Account management, sales planning and business development as a plusGerman or other European language as a plusSupporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
