Req ID 81219 | Częstochowa, Poland, ZF Automotive Systems Poland Sp. z o.o.About the Team:We are looking for a Plant Controller for our Electronics Plant in Częstochowa, with the employment of approximately 700 persons. This position will be responsible for managing several-person finance department, coordinating cost planning and control processes, and providing management with information to support decision-making.What you can look forward to as Plant Controller:

Creating and implementing the company's financial strategy,
Overseeing the budget, forecasts, and cost control, as well as preparing reports and analyses,
Overseeing the purchase of fixed assets and investment implementation,
Cooperation with auditors, the Financial Center, and the Division, as well as with external institutions, including public administration in area of managing zone permits and implementing formal and legal obligations in this regard,
Ensuring compliance with procedures and standards, implementing improvements and new procedures,
Team management.

Your profile as Plant Controller:

University degree in economics/finance,
Several years of experience in a finance and accounting department as manager, e.g., Financial Director/Controller in a manufacturing company, preferably in automotive,
Team management experience,
Knowledge of financial analysis, financial and management accounting, familiarity with company strategies and processes, and basic labor law,
Fluent in English and at least communicative knowledge of Polish,
SAP knowledge will be a major asset,
Good communication, flexibility and change management, negotiation skills, high professional ethics.
