Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be involved in supporting customers, processing orders and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. They’re an inspiring bunch.Here’s a sample of the type of things you will be responsible for:
- Processing incoming customer orders – email & EDI
- Booking customer invoices
- Managing product availability via the system database
- Monitoring deliveries to customers
- Handling customer complaints and related issues, liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions
- Providing high-quality service, advice, and technical support to customers
- Maintaining regular contact with customers via telephone and email, both in English and Polish
- Monitoring stock orders and issuing invoices and credit notes
- Preparing documents and reports for future reference
- Cooperating with carriers and warehouse companies
- Experience in customer service or administration – ideally in FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods)
- University degree
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems
