Job DescriptionAt the Plate Heat Exchanger business unit, we design and manufacture high-performance brazed and gasketed plate heat exchangers, delivering efficient thermal solutions for HVAC, industrial, marine, and energy applications worldwideWe are seeking a dynamic and strategy-driven Manufacturing Excellence Manager to coordinate capex investments, lead project execution, and develop strategic capabilities within our global manufacturing network. In this role, you'll work closely with technology leadership and regional teams to drive operational excellence through innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and expert developmentThe position reports to Head of QEHS and Manufacturing Excellence, with an expectation to be based within Eastern Europe.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Coordinate and track Capex budgets and the global project roadmap to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Drive the execution of key manufacturing technology projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met across global sites.
Collaborate with Technology Lead to develop and implement strategies that elevate operational performance and innovation.
Build and nurture a global network of manufacturing technology experts to enable knowledge sharing and best practice deployment.
Create and maintain a competence matrix, identifying skill gaps and development opportunities within the manufacturing technology team.
Support regional manufacturing teams in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring consistent progress and effective stakeholder communication.

Background & SkillsThe ideal candidate possesses these skills.

Bachelor's degree or Master´s degree in engineering or any related field to industrial technology.
5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in Capex planning, project execution, and technical leadership within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong understanding of advanced manufacturing technologies, systems integration, and process improvement.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage global cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
