- Proficiency in Business & Finance Tools – Solid experience with 1C (accounting, invoicing, financial operations) and advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis);
- Strong Project & Team Management Skills – Confident use of Slack, Jira, and internal systems (BY Systems or similar) for coordination, task tracking, and sprint planning;
- Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and visualize insights using analytics platforms such as Superset;
- Emotional Intelligence & Communication – Active listening, empathy, and the ability to understand diverse personalities while maintaining trust and strong relationships;
- Crisis Management & Problem-Solving – Staying calm under pressure, addressing issues with creativity and speed, and ensuring smooth operations in challenging situations;
- Collaboration & Adaptability – Skilled at working across teams (marketing, legal, operations), building consensus, and adjusting strategies to different markets, cultures, and feedback;
