We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to help evolve and scale our Regulatory Intelligence function within the Risk & Compliance organization. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands global regulatory trends and compliance frameworks but can also design and implement workflows, controls, and automation routines to operationalize and integrate regulatory intelligence across systems and teams.About the RoleAs an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in developing an integrated compliance infrastructure by combining subject matter expertise with technical execution. You’ll build scalable processes and tools to ensure regulatory data is captured, interpreted, and applied consistently across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:

Lead the design and implementation of operational workflows, control frameworks, and automation routines to support regulatory intelligence gathering and application.
Translate regulatory developments into structured data, workflows, and actionable compliance strategies aligned to our product offerings and global market footprint.
Maintain and enhance regulatory intelligence platforms, databases, and dashboards to ensure timely dissemination of relevant requirements.
Collaborate across risk, legal, product, and engineering teams to build interoperable systems and proactive compliance solutions.
Deliver structured, concise regulatory briefings, impact assessments, and decision support to leadership and stakeholders.
Assist with compliance risk assessments and help design remediation strategies using a systems-thinking approach.

About You

5+ years of experience in regulatory intelligence, compliance, or regulatory operations, ideally within technology or a regulated industry.
Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks, policy analysis, and compliance interpretation.
Proven ability to architect and optimize operational workflows, with a focus on scalability and automation.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, APIs, regulatory intelligence platforms, and other automation or data integration technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex regulatory information for cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
