
IT Application Support Specialist (1st line)

- Provide first-line support for application-related issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Communicate effectively with Italian- and English-speaking users to resolve technical problems.
- Troubleshoot and navigate systems to identify and resolve user issues.
- Escalate complex problems to second-line support or relevant teams when necessary.
- Document issues and resolutions accurately in the support system (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and user experience.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and empathetic communication.
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is a plus.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and system navigation.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) is advantageous.
- Additional language skills in French or Spanish are a plus.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Hybrid work model: 1-2 days per week from the Client's office in Wrocław
