
Junior HR Advisor - Talent Management & Offboarding (12-months contract)

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in an HR SSC environment
- Previous experience in supporting Poland and other European countries in aspects related to offboarding, leave management and employee lifecycle changes
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Experience in working with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle and Jira
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building good relationships within the team and across departments within the company
- Ability to take ownership of tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Willingness to fulfill commitments and proactively take the initiative in tasks and projects
