We don't expect you to 'fit' every requirement - your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us.The teamThis opportunity is open to candidates based in Poland, Krakow, and requires supporting not only local HR operations, but also remotely covering processes and activities related to offboarding, leave management, and employee lifecycle changes across multiple countries within the EMEA region. The position offers the opportunity to work in a cross-country setup, collaborating virtually with stakeholders and HR teams in various countries.The roleIn this role you will serve as the expert on HR-related topics, providing guidance on offboarding, leave management, employee changes, and assisting employees with topics related to HR procedures and self-service usage. You will be the first point of contact for queries coming from employees via tickets (Jira), ensuring prompt and effective responses; you will dentify and understand customer needs, clarify every issue thoroughly, provide timely updates and deliver final solutions that meet their expectations.This position requires working closely with internal colleagues to ensure high accuracy of resolutions and to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be evaluating incoming questions, handle the majority of cases, and dispatch cases that require in-depth subject matter expertise to the responsible teams. You will contribute to the preparation and verification of monthly payroll inputs related to offboarding, leave management, and lifecycle changes across multiple EMEA countries as well as contribute to the continuous improvement and streamlining of HR processes. Important part of the role lies is documenting HR processes and updates to ensure clear communication and consistency across the team as well as will provide support on HR People Processes across the EMEA region, focusing on areas such as offboarding, leave management, employee lifecycle changes and related activities.What you'll bring
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in an HR SSC environment
  • Previous experience in supporting Poland and other European countries in aspects related to offboarding, leave management and employee lifecycle changes
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in working with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle and Jira
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building good relationships within the team and across departments within the company
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Willingness to fulfill commitments and proactively take the initiative in tasks and projects

  • Ability to work efficiently while meeting established SLAs and deadlines
