- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture and employee engagement;
- Partner with senior leaders to improve on current programs and initiatives and where needed, develop and implement new programs and initiatives directly aligned to business strategy in the areas of performance management, recognition, career development, organizational design, succession planning, talent development, compensation planning and employee relations;
- Oversees the effectiveness of human resources processes including employer branding, recruitment & retention, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, T&D and compliance;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and internal policies while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace environment;
- Take full ownership of payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and integrity of compensation and benefits administration;
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Legal teams to optimize payroll processes and maintain cost control;
- Liaise with HR Leadership internationally on strategies and programs;
- Lead, motivate and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth;
- Drive change management initiatives and support business transformation through people-centric solutions.
- Proven experience (min. 3-6 years) in a senior HR leadership role within international environment, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector (it is NOT a mandatory requirement);
- Deep expertise in both strategic HR management and hands-on payroll administration;
- Substantial experience in business partnering at leadership level;
- Profound understanding of HR fundamentals - Polish labor law, C&B, employee relations, learning and development;
- Strong interpersonal skills to immediately establish the necessary credibility on all the levels of the organisation;
- Ability to motivate and influence others without direct line authority;
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels;
- Experience in successfully managing and developing a professional team;
- Project management experience, excellent organizational skills with ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines;
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to integrate HR data with business metrics;
- Good knowledge of different IT tools in the field of HR + MS Office;
- Fluency in Polish and very good command of English is a must.
