You graduated in engineering studies (technical, production management, process management, quality or related)
You have

7 years of experience in quality engineering, process engineering * You are a team player who influences and shows integrity and trust across functions and has practical solution-oriented mindset based on facts

You are customer focused and curious to learn to improve processes and products
You are familiar with tools and methods that are used in structural problem solving and quality improvements like 8D, DMAIC, FMEA, LEAN
Good command of spoken and written Polish and English
You are very strong in communication, with a great collaboration and social skills
