Job Title Junior Administration & Payroll SpecialistJob DescriptionAs a Administration and Payroll Junior Specialist your role will involve delivering HR administrative services to employees in EMEA region.You'll be responsible for addressing employee inquiries via HR requests or chat regarding terms and conditions of employment, company benefits, and HR processes.In this role you will:Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes – such as hiring, terminations, and time management.Create and maintain documents, records and data in compliance with procedures and standards.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure business processes align with global guidelines and labor lawRespond to employee queries related to terms and conditions of employment, company benefits, and HR processes via HR request, chat, or phone.You're the right fit if:You are fluent in both written and spoken English.You have previous experience in HR, Admin & Payroll.You have strong prioritization and organizational skills.You demonstrate personal integrity when handling confidential information.How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
