- Understand customers key goals and define success based on their expectations.
- Support customers by executing success plans and tracking progress.
- Respond to inquiries regarding products, billing, and administration.
- Proactively follow up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with global teams and escalate cases when needed.
- Share product and service information clearly, adapting communication to customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Service or Account Management;
- Very good English (min. B2);
- Fluent Portuguese - European version (min. C1);
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
- Excellent understanding of Customer Relationship;
- Problem-solving and initiative skills;
- Good attention to details.
