We provide the best solutions and opportunities for our employees with high engagement toward creative thinkers with outstanding financial expertise.Our financial department is currently seeking candidates for the position of:Credit Operations Analyst with GermanPoznań, PolandYour responsibilities:

Respond to customer and dealer requests (e.g. payment deferrals, early settlements, exchange of equipment, etc.) and provide exceptional customer support.

Review and manage credit documentation for incoming credit applications.
Monitor customer financing repayments (cash collection, past due management, write-offs).
Process customer claims efficiently.
Provide credit processing support to country credit underwriting teams.
Establish close partnerships with stakeholders across our retail portfolio countries to ensure timely and accurate quality control of client data.
Continuously look for improvements in processes and implement them in our systems.

Our requirements:

Basic knowledge of financial products such as loans and leases.
Proficiency in English and German (B2+).
University degree, preferably in a finance or business-related field.
Excellent communication, customer service skills and customer centricity.
Ability to manage customer interactions, handle complaints and work well under pressure.
Affinity for numbers.
Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, while maintaining close attention to detail.

Nice to have:

Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a strong advantage.
