The Change Coordinator will work with engineering with the change approval process and monitor the progression within the process flow.Key responsibilities
- Coordinates the change activity from the initial request to approval for implementation.
- Schedules and facilitates the weekly Technical/Organizational Review meetings.
- Supports the analysis of changes throughout the life cycle of the change and could be part of the Technical and Organizational Review.
- Prepares the usage reports for use at Tech and Organizational Review.
- Audits the change packages to assure proper process execution.
- High School Diploma required; Associates Degree in technical field (Preferred)
- 3 to 5 years working in an engineering environment (Preferred)
- MS Office Experience (Required)
- Team Center Experience (Strongly Preferred) or other Change Management tool

- CV Review - Your application and CV will be reviewed to assess your qualifications and experience in relation to the role requirements.
- Phone Interview (approximately 30 minutes) - This initial conversation is designed to discuss your background, expectations, and answer any preliminary questions.
- Technical Interview(s) (1 to 1.5 hours, one or two rounds) - Conducted in English with the manager and an additional team member, this stage focuses on evaluating your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. The interview can be held via Teams or at our office.
- Final Interview (45 minutes) - A meeting with a representative from the HR department to ensure alignment with our company culture and discuss the next steps. This interview might also take place via Teams or at our office.
