- Proactively hunt for and acquire new domestic and international clients for our HR and payroll services and innovative online platform.
- Develop, test, and implement various methods to attract and engage potential clients.
- Identify and understand client requirements to propose the most suitable solutions from our offerings.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Lead the sales process from start to finish, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.
- Work closely with teams across the organization—including product management, legal, and operations—to facilitate smooth collaborations.
- Enhance our company's image as a leading HR and payroll provider through active market presence.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to inform your sales approach and contribute to thought leadership.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Sales Managers to consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Set clear performance goals, track KPIs, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Monitor sales activity, pipelines, and conversions to ensure strong performance and goal alignment.
- Demonstrated success in sales within HR and payroll services
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll platforms, or ERP systems (Enova preferred)
- Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams to achieve performance goals
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Proactive in generating new ideas and sales strategies
- Willingness to test and implement various client acquisition methods
- Excellent verbal and written skills; fluent Polish and English skills
- Experience identifying and engaging potential clients effectively
- Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market feedback and changing conditions
- Comfortable using and explaining online platforms and digital tools
- Focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work well in a team while driving individual initiatives
