So whatever your role, if you share our passion for helping others, you’ll be working towards creating a better and fairer future for all.As Purchase to Pay Junior Specialist, you will be a part of Philips Finance regional Hub in ŁódźYour role:Booking invoices received from suppliersCooperation with internal Philips departments to streamline the purchasing processCooperation with external suppliers to improve the quality/completeness of submitted invoicesProposing process improvements related to invoice processingActing as a point of contact for issues related to processing assigned invoices for other Purchase to Pay teamsAnalyzing, proposing, and implementing further improvements in Purchase to Pay processesConducting internal controls (ICS process)Updating documentation and process instructionsTraining new employees on assigned dutiesPerforming other tasks not listed above, as assigned by the supervisor.You're the right fit if:You are a university graduate in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or equivalentYou have essential computer literacy skills and experience with MS Office applicationsWork experience in the Accounting/Finance/PtP area would be a plusYou are results-oriented and action-oriented individual with good interpersonal and communication skillsYou are pragmatic & logical thinker with an eye for detail and an analytical mindYou are accurate and able to react quickly, communicativeYou are experienced in managing multiple projects whilst adhering to a strict deadlineOur benefits:Employment contractHybrid way of working (3 days per week at office in Lodz)Support in relocationAnnual bonus based on performance achievedPrivate medical care with the option to extend it to family membersBenefit System cardsDiscount for Philips’ productsWide variety of training & learning opportunitiesPromotion of a healthy lifestyle in the officeEmployee Assistance ProgramHow we work together
