AR Team LeaderResponsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Accounts Receivable specialists responsible for reviewing 3rd party AR invoices issued in local ERP, ensuring all valid revenue invoices are replicated in the group’s ERP and ensuring timely delivery of the Service Charge Accounting
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of AR transactions in accordance with company policies and internal controls
- Monitor and manage daily AR operations, ensuring team performance, proper workload distribution, and issue resolution
- Support month-end close activities by reviewing AR ledgers, performing reconciliations, and preparing relevant reports
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex customer queries and overdue accounts, ensuring prompt and professional resolution
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams such as Property Management, and Finance to support timely collection of arrears
- Drive improvements in cash collection, DSO, and dispute resolution metrics through proactive analysis and continuous process optimization
- Maintain and update AR process documentation, ensuring knowledge continuity within the team
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and support both internal and external audit requirements
- Foster a high-performance team environment focused on accuracy, collaboration, and service excellence
- Support team members’ development through coaching, feedback, and performance management activities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related finance role, including at least 1 year in a team leadership or supervisory capacity
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in English and Polish
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. MRI,SAP, Oracle) and AR workflow tools
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage performance and motivate a team in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in a shared services center or international company environment is a strong plus
