With a state-of-the-art production facility in Poland, an HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, and hubs across the UK, Germany and Italy, Aira is well on track to install clean energy-tech into 5 million homes by 2034.About the role:As the Head of Aira Excellence, you will lead the development and deployment of our World Class Operations Management (WCO) program. In this strategic role, you will ensure its successful implementation across teams, coach employees at all levels, and drive a culture of continuous improvement in our fast-growing manufacturing environment.Your responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of the World Class Operations Management strategies and ensure the compliance of projects and ongoing initiatives to WCO principles and targets

Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of WCO tools and processes

Provide training and coaching to employees at all levels on WCO culture, key principles and tools

Create the WCO master plan and ensure the correct execution of actions and timeline

Plan management reporting meetings and 3rd party audits, prepare the content and moderate the sessions

Establish models to monitor and report against WCO targets to give insights on the progress to Management

Assist in identifying improvement opportunities and developing action plans to address them

What we expect:

Degree in engineering, production management, business administration, or related field

Proven experience as a frontline manager in a manufacturing setting

Relevant work experience, preferably in a fast-growing manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing

First hand expertise within WCO tools and processes as well as establishing WCO concepts within different areas and departments is desirable. Both successes and failures would be an asset

Shown project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams

Experience with change management

Proficiency in Microsoft applications and project management software

Demonstrated competence in coaching and facilitation techniques

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner

Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to quality

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude

Strong problem-solving skills

Very good Polish and English language skills in spoken and written form
