• Lead full-cycle implementations and migrations of Cytric Easy & Expense
• Partner with clients as a trusted advisor, designing solutions that fit their business
• Act as subject-matter expert, supporting pre-sales, demos, and solution design
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, and budgets to ensure successful go-lives
• Oversee post-implementation support and continuous improvement

• University degree in Tourism, Project Management, Business, or IT
• Background in business travel, ideally within a TMC or with online booking tools
• Hands-on experience with Cytric Easy and preferably Cytric Expense
• Strong project management skills across all phases of delivery
• Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus preferred)
• Fluency in English; German is a strong plus
