Our HR Admin team is the perfect place to begin. As the first point of contact for employees and managers, we provide essential support and guidance on a wide range of HR topics. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience and learn the foundations of HR, while supporting a dynamic team.These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Handling Employee Inquiries: You'll be the first point of contact for a high volume of questions related to rewards, benefits, payroll, and onboarding. You'll gather all the necessary information to resolve these issues quickly.
Providing Administrative Support: You'll assist senior colleagues with important administrative tasks, ensuring HR transactions and processes are handled accurately and on time.
Educating Employees: You'll help colleagues learn how to use our HR tools and portal, empowering them to find the information they need in the future.
Delivering Great Customer Service: You'll make sure all inquiries are handled within our service level agreements, providing end-to-end support that results in high employee satisfaction.
Contributing to Team Improvements: You'll help with continuous improvement efforts to make our team more efficient and to enhance the employee experience.

What you’ll bring to the table:A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.The ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively.Excellent communication skills in both Polish (fluent) and English (B2).
