SPECIALIST / TECHNICIAN IN THE LABORATORY OF MOLECULAR BIOLOGY OF VIRUSES IFB UG and MUG

• maintaining cell cultures (cell passage and seeding onto plates for experiments)

• preparing stainings for confocal microscopy

• assisting in virological experiments

• virus propagation and titration

• ultracentrifugation

• preparing buffers

• conducting market analyses and ordering reagents and laboratory materials

• keeping records of the stock of reagents and materials needed to carry out the project

• Proficiency in basic biochemical laboratory techniques, including the preparation of buffers, solutions, media and culture substrates, as well as the ability to operate the equipment and apparatus needed for these purposes

• Experience in mammalian cell culture and practical knowledge of virological, diagnostic, biochemical and molecular biology techniques

• Ability to work with viruses in high-security laboratories
