TalentBank is an original internship program of the Digital Technology Centre in Poland, which aim is to enable students and graduates to gain professional experience in IT / banking industry. The project can be attended by people who are students or graduates (up to 12 months after graduation). We look for students after second year of technical, mathematical, business, finance, economic or related studies.📢 Join our team as an Application Operation Specialist Intern! 📢In your role as an Application Operation Specialist, you will work on the maintenance and further development of the reco cell applications. You independently manage complex applications with dependencies on other internal and external systems.Together with your Cell Members, you will work on the analysis, conception and implementation of the new requirements. As a cell member, you can participate in the design of the future IT architecture and contribute to fulfilling our bank's digitization strategy. For a motivated career starter or career changer, we are happy to offer an individual qualification programWhat you will be doing? 👇You are involved in all steps in the lifecycle of a software development starting with

Development and maintenance
Analysis, solution design, implementation and testing (unit & integration) of interfaces to other IT systems
Work on complex programming tasks independently
Preparing software builds and release packages.
Prepare the rollouts in production.
Work in Agile environment, participate in scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro).

The team itself consists of business analysts, software architects, scrum masters and other specialists with diverse backgrounds, but working together and developing the best solutions for our customers.We provide the appropriate training from experienced team members to enable smooth learning experience of our processes, technologies and solutions.Which technology & skills are important for us? 👌

Basic knowledge of Unix / Linux
Basic knowledge of SQL (Oracle / Postgre)

Analytical, process-oriented and conceptual skills

Nice to have:

Basic knowledge of Java or other programming language
