HR Specialist with German

• managing assigned HR-related tickets in a timely manner, ensuring clients are regularly updated on progress,
• ensuring all inquiries are accurately logged in the ticketing system,
• categorizing issues and assigning them to the appropriate Agent,
• taking ownership of client-reported issues and seeing them through to resolution,
• taking appropriate follow-up actions in case of escalations,
• participating in client discussions regarding processes and procedures,
• handling incoming calls via the service line,
• meeting performance targets and adhering to SLA requirements.

• english language proficiency at B2 level or higher, and German at C1 level - both spoken and written,
• two years of experience in HR administration,
• strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SAP PHR, Workday, and ticketing tools,
• excellent communication and analytical skills,
• minimum of a secondary education qualification,
• ability to anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues,
• capable of participating in client meetings and managing assigned tasks within set deadlines,
• strong attention to detail and awareness of GDPR-related aspects,
• effective time management skills - able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
