  • Being general and technical support to the users of HR Software (i.e. SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management, Korn Ferry, Strengthscope and other HR Tools) delivered through remote channels (i.e. e-mail, ticketing system, MS Teams) according to agreed-upon procedures
  • General data maintaining in HR systems
  • Serving as first point of contact for competence center and other stakeholders
  • Being a process and training support for colleagues
  • Participating in transition or implementation projects
  • Other ad hoc HR administrative tasks
Your Qualifications
  • Actively pursuing a degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Workday) or willingness to become familiar with new tools
  • Very good command of Polish and English language (min. B2)
  • Knowledge of German is considered as an asset
  • Strong analytical skills and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
