- Organize the Engineering/Sustainability/Quality Academies learning offer, based on their strategic objectives and transformation roadmap, defining priorities with the function stakeholders and the Regional Campus Associate Directors, and delivering the training programs with a continuous improvement methodology.
- Design and manage learning offer for the Academies, based on strategic objectives and transformation roadmap, leveraging the pools of SMEs.
- Establish learning priorities, together with Academies director, with the inputs from the functional leaders, based on skills assessments and business needs
- Ensure delivery of training programs and priorities, liaising with Regional Campus Associate Directors
- Monitor training effectiveness and efficiency and propose adjustments if needed.
- Define and the strategic competency development priorities
- Nb of people upskilled/reskilled according to transformation plan
- Timely delivery of training modules according to plan
- Training satisfaction and delayed assessments
- Respect and optimization of training budget
- Design and update the Engineering/Sustainability/Quality Academy Learning offers
- Benchmark innovative learning methods and tools, propose the most suitable ones depending on the function needs
- Propose, develop and regularly update the learning offer liaising with the different leaders and training sponsors to ensure it responds to the needs and strategic priorities (induction and training paths, courses to be created/updated or deleted)
- Define project specification, resources needed and timeline. Follow up projects within the SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and/or external suppliers (training companies, universities). Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet budget and quality requirements.
- Communicate training orientations and yearly campaigns to L&D Group Center of Expertise and Regional Training Campus
- Facilitate SME workshops and expert community
- Promote the Academy learning offer and ensure data accuracy and reliability in MLP
- Prepare and facilitate Training communications and meeting to share orientations, update on projects and required contributions
- Keep up-to date the Academy Sharepoint
- Follow-up of the Academy/OP University KPIs
- Prepare legal and ad-hoc reporting of training activities, as required (ex. IATF, CSRD reporting)
- Define and share guidelines and tools to improve user experience, in support of Learning Innovation Manager.
- Identify potential improvements and opportunities in the existing tools or processes.
- Contribute to Learning & Development activities and projects
- Contribute to change management activities (impact analysis, communication, workshops, competency projects, expertise …)
- Contributes to the definition and update of job description and skills matrix
- Participate and support Corporate or transversal projects
- Participates to organization of specific events (e.g.: Training sponsors, Expert days…)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Sustainability Education.
- Ideally 3 to 5 years experience in Product or Process Engineering, embedding Quality and Sustainability objectives and policies.
- Experience in ISO 14001, 45001, 50001 norms application in Automotive industry or similar field.
- Strong project management skills, in international environment.
- Knowledge of pedagogical fundamentals, adult learning principles as well as training effectiveness monitoring
- Strong communication, listening and change management skills
- Experience in accompanying transformation
